ARDELVIO focuses on a measurement-based custom process rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Each brace order is considered using the individual dog’s measurements, affected leg and submitted photos before custom production begins.

Select your dog’s weight range and complete checkout. No measurements are required at checkout.

Measure Your Dog
After confirmed payment, follow the Measurement Guide to collect the A–G measurements in centimeters.

Submit Measurements & Photos
Email your order number, affected hind leg, A–G measurements and clear dog-leg photos.

Measurement Review
We review the submitted information and contact you if clarification is needed. Production begins after the measurements have been reviewed and confirmed.

Custom Production
Approximately 15 days after measurement confirmation.

Shipping
Estimated 6–12 business days after production is completed.
