How Custom Ordering Works
- Choose your dog’s weight range and complete your purchase through the normal WooCommerce checkout. No measurements are needed at checkout.
- After confirmed payment, we’ll email instructions for replying with A–G measurements in centimeters and clear dog-leg photos.
- We review the information and follow up if clarification is needed. Custom production begins after your measurements have been reviewed and confirmed.
How to Measure Your Dog
Use the Measurement Guide for the original A–G diagram, video and written instructions. Follow the indicated anatomical endpoints and record each measurement in centimeters. You can send your measurements and clear photos when you receive the post-payment email.
