When emailing measurements or photos, include your order number, the affected hind leg and a concise description of the request. Do not send payment card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Help With Measurements
Use the Measurement Guide for the original A–G diagram, video and English instructions. Record each measurement in centimeters and follow the anatomical positions shown in the supplier materials.
If a measurement is unclear, do not guess. Email care@ardelvio.com with your order number and explain what you are unsure about.
Submitting Measurements After Purchase
Your dog’s weight selection is made during purchase. Measurements and photos are collected afterward, not at checkout.
- Place your order using the weight range that matches your dog.
- Wait for payment confirmation before submitting measurements and photos.
- Follow the Measurement Guide and record measurements A–G in centimeters.
- Email care@ardelvio.com with your order number, affected hind leg (left or right), A–G measurements and clear dog-leg photos.
- Wait for measurement review and confirmation before custom production begins.
Order and Production Inquiries
For order, measurement, photo or fit inquiries, email care@ardelvio.com. Include your order number and a concise description of your question so we can identify the correct order.
Custom production begins only after your measurements have been reviewed and confirmed. Custom production takes approximately 15 days, followed by an estimated 6–12 business-day shipping period after production is completed. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Do I need measurements at checkout?
No. Select your dog’s weight range and complete the normal checkout. A–G measurements and photos are collected after confirmed payment.
What information should I prepare after purchase?
Have your order number, affected hind leg (left or right), A–G measurements in centimeters and clear dog-leg photos ready. After payment confirmation, send them to care@ardelvio.com.
When does custom production begin?
Production begins after the submitted measurements have been reviewed and confirmed. If clarification is needed, ARDELVIO will follow up before production.
Can I upload photos on this page?
No. This page has no upload form. After payment confirmation, email clear photos to care@ardelvio.com and include your order number.
