ARDELVIO POLICIES
Privacy Policy
How ARDELVIO handles information used to operate the website, process custom orders and provide support.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Information Collected During Checkout
We may collect contact, billing, delivery and account information, order selections, transaction status, IP address and technical information needed to operate checkout, prevent misuse and fulfil an order.
Order and Payment Information
Payments are processed through the payment method or service shown at checkout. Depending on the provider, ARDELVIO may receive a payment status, transaction identifier and limited payment details. Do not send full payment card details by email. This policy does not claim that ARDELVIO stores full card details.
Measurements and Dog-Leg Photographs
After purchase, we may receive the affected-leg selection, A–G measurements, dog-leg photographs and related notes by email. We use this information for custom-order review, fit assessment, production support and customer service.
Submitted dog photographs are not used for public marketing without separate permission. Avoid including people, identifying documents or unrelated personal information in photographs.
Customer Support Communications
We may retain messages, photographs, attachments and notes exchanged in connection with an order, fit review, complaint or support request.
Cookies and Analytics
The website uses cookies or similar technologies needed for functions such as the cart, checkout, security and account sessions. Analytics or other optional technologies may be used where configured and subject to available consent controls and applicable law.
Service Providers and Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website and fulfil orders, including payment processors, hosting and security providers, email providers, professional advisers, production or fulfilment partners where used, and shipping carriers. They receive information relevant to their role.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or misuse, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, fit and support review, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal or accounting obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to backup and legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International Processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the customer’s country. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers. Specific providers and transfer mechanisms must be confirmed before production launch.
Privacy Rights
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, or to complain to a supervisory authority. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email care@ardelvio.com or use the Support page. The legal business identity and business address must still be confirmed before production launch.
This policy is general information about ARDELVIO practices. It is not legal advice and does not claim that one privacy regime applies in every jurisdiction.
